At Organic Tea, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every brew, but due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of purchase. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to our team immediately for a full replacement or refund.

Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return your unopened tea products.
Verification and Approval
Our team will review your request and, if eligible, send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the return shipping address.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the unopened tea tins or pouches in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
